First featured on 2004's machine.music 2 compilation, Oddskool (aka Toby Newman) has been locked in the studio since then, working on this debut album release, emerging only to perform a few unforgettable live sets at our TERMINAL night (including supporting Warp's Chris Clark).

Two Ways To Listen proves more than worth the wait. Its endlessly intricate yet expansive sound of results in a totally unique kind of IDM, which gets the feet tapping to its rhythms and the brain repeating its melodies in equal measure.

The album provides a sustained, brilliant burst of the unique musical sensibility that caught the attention of the late John Peel, and has won high praise from Huw Stephens (Radio 1) and Adam Walton (Radio Wales).
